Breathe In – Work Out CF Wellness Programs

CFRI’s “Breathe In – Work Out” CF Wellness Initiative was developed in recognition of the positive impact of physical movement and exercise upon one’s physical and mental health. The following programs — free to individuals with CF, as well as parents, spouses, partners and siblings of those with CF — address the physical and psycho-social challenges faced by those living with or touched by CF; provide opportunities to improve the physical and emotional health of those with CF and their family members; and provide opportunities for a global cystic fibrosis community to engage and support one another in physical activities.
