Purple Hair Challenge!
May is Cystic Fibrosis Awareness Month!
Get ready for our annual Purple Hair Challenge! We challenge you to join us next month and dye your hair purple – the CF awareness color. Use temporary or permanent dye, include all or strands of it, or even use a phone app to color your hair digitally. Then post your pic and tag CFRI on social media with #purplehairchallenge. Challenge your friends to donate and/or go purple by tagging them.
All donations to the Purple Hair Challenge will be matched dollar for dollar and designated for CFRI’s new “Aging in the New Era of CF” Fellows Training Program in memory of Patrick Nash. Donations are being matched by Jessica Fredrick Memorial CF Research Challenge Funds. Click here to get started.

Mother’s Day Celebration
Send cards to sustain CF research and support programs!
CFRI’s annual Mother’s Day Celebration promotes awareness of CF and is one of our most important fundraisers. We provide you with beautiful cards to send to friends and families, inviting them to help improve the quality of life and health of those living with CF. The artwork was painted by Wanda Olson, to honor her daughter Michele, who passed away from CF complications, as well as Isa and Ana Stenzel, who enriched the lives of many in the CF community.

CFRI will notify whomever you designate, while the name of the person you are paying tribute to will appear in our newsletter.
